    I have laminate countertop right now, but after reading about all those materials that look definitely better and cost not much more as natural stones, thinking to laminate when remodeling my kitchen.

    If you’re remodeling take note of what was posted in this article. Another note is that you can find quality products that would be normally expensive if you do your homework. Look for liquidators or overstock warehouses. Sometimes you find them located on side roads or just check your yellow pages in your phone book.
    Best point in the article in my opinion was the function section. Take into consideration of who is in your home on a regular basis. If you have a lot of traffic you’re going to want countertops that have high durability, etc…

    While I think in theory its cheaper to redo kitchen counter tops yourself, In the long run its cheaper to have them done right, professionally . I recently tried to redo my kitchen myself, but after looking into the processes, skills, and tools needed I found it would be just as expensive and time consuming to hire a professional. Now that its done and my kitchen is looking beautiful again, I couldnt be happier.
