” />Do you know about old game pc games with title The Secret of Monkey Island ? I do, because in the 90 when i was in junior high school i played it. I like adventure games since ‘King Quest I’ came from Sierra Online Company, but when i played Monkey Island is the first time i played adventure game using point-and-click control. The game is all about pirate’s world, but with a humor added. I enjoyed it, laughed it, because the game is full with funny converation, not to mention about how you solved the mistery.
In short review, The Secret of Monkey Island story is about a guy, name Guybrush Threepwood who want to be a pirate, he had 3 trial from pirate leader to prove himself a pirate. In his journey he met ghost pirate named LeChuck, and unfortunately he fell in love with Elaine Marley. This point-of-click game is very fun, i mean it ! You have to solved many crazy mistery.
After almost 20 year later, Lucastarts company who produce The Secret of Monkey Island tried to remake it. The remake improved the games with sound conversation, better graphics and buit-in hint when you stuck. It almost promising for Monkey Island fans, i hope it will. The Game will release in Summer 2009, so grab it soon.
Oh yeah, i almost forget, when i saw Pirates of Carribean, it reminds me of this games, not about the story line, because its very different, but the idea about pirate’s world should be… am i right ? or it’s just my opinion ?
