Google Chrome 6.0 Beta

Google is getting ready to unleash the new iteration of its open source browser to Beta development phase. Google Chrome 6.0 beta is already hit the code freeze milestone, and of course, the launch of the fully-fledged Beta Build is coming next. The search engine giant hasn’t revealed an exact date for Chrome 6.0 Beta, Google announces new development releases without much fanfare, after all, Google does offer a multitude of builds at a very fast pace.

Chrome 6.0 is now in the development stage in which no new features are being included, but the focus is placed instead on improving the forthcoming Beta build, and fixing as much of the drawback as possible. Testers that will try the Chrome 6.0 Beta out will be able to see a number of enhancements off the bat. Google has advanced its graphical user interface (UI), adding PDF integration into the browser after it swallowed Adobe Flash, and kicked up a notch the synchronization capabilities.

Moving onward, Google also announced that it will speed up the pace of the release final and stable version of Chrome process. The promise from Google is that end users will notice new iteration of Chrome being released for one another extremely rapidly. Google accents that the acceleration of the release process was important due to it intends to give new features to end users as soon as possible, moreover making them wait for a long periods of time will make this new major iteration drop.

At this time, Chrome 6.0 is available only from the Dev channel. In addition, Google began serving the Canary build of Chrome to early adopters, allowing them to install and run two versions of the Google Chrome browser side by side.
